We provide a price-comparison and directory service where you can find all the experience days available from the main UK suppliers in tables where you can sort and filter by theme and price. Once you've selected the experience days you are interested in, you can click the links to the merchant sites to get further details from the providers themselves.
We build this information from databases that the merchants send us, as well as from other sources. The raw data goes straight into our database as 'pending'. A human then examines each experience day, decides which categories it fits into and where it is available, and adds this information into the database. Once this has been checked, the new experience day then goes 'live' and will be included on the site. Thereafter our computer systems automatically check for any changes to price or other details and these are reflected in our database or may flag up the need for a human to reexamine the experience day and check its codings are still correct.
The result of all this is the website you see before you, where you can search for experience days by theme and location, compare prices, and click through to get more details on the ones you are interested in.
We provide an e-mail facility so we can send you a copy of your list for future reference WITHOUT you needing to join any mailing lists or agreeing to receive spam in the future.
We've recently (October 2009) added some limited geographic information (county and region pages). We are also developing a mapping and post-code system so you can find out how close each experience day is.
We're currently working on a new feature where you can define your own search terms and locations and we build a page with a custom table just for you. Due for launch this side of christmas!
