Last time we checked, there was even tank paintballing, which looks like an absolute *blast* (sorry, I couldn't resist)!
Generally all the equipment, safety gear and overalls are provided but its worth wearing old clothes, and you will probably want a bit of money to buy extra reloads (especially if you are trigger happy) but these are usually sold at reasonable prices.
An ideal gift as a birthday treat for a bunch of kids of whatever age!
