Virgin Experience Days Argos Red Letter Days Play Activity Superstore Thruxton London Theatre DirectOriginating in ancient Persia as training for cavalry, the game of Polo has a long and esteemed history having spread to Egypt, Tibet, China, and then India, from where it was adopted by the British Army in Calculla to become the preserve of officers and gentlemen.
While still a preferred sport of the upper-classes, nowadays even commoners like you and me can learn to play Polo at one of the many Polo experience days listed below. At many of these experience days, no prior knowledge is required. Often even horse riding experience is not necessary as these polo ponies are very well tempered and actually love to play the game, so you can go from a standing start to 'riding-off' your opponent in the 6th and final chukka all within the space of a single day.
All the entries below are also classified under Horse Riding.

Click on the arrow and then select the option from the list that you want to filter by.
To sort a column (e.g. to sort by price) click on the raised button containing the column title.
Click again to reverse the sorting order.
You can use the map at the top of the screen to filter by distance from a certain location. Just hover your mouse over the map and a box will pop-up allowing you to enter a postcode, town name etc.

You can then use this Distance column to sort or filter the entries in the table.
