Personally I find it astonishing that this self-balancing electric vehicle can stand up straight without falling over however its build-in gyroscopes do exactly that so, from a side view, you look like you are standing on a traditional circus unicycle while exercising perfect balance control. Just lean forwards or backwards to accelerate and slow down, and to the side to turn. It's almost as easy as walking - in fact easier as it does the actual 'walking' bit for you!
